Mae Camp is a lifelong Tennessean who has been fascinated by stories since childhood, whether through the classic mail-order school book club, the library, or the captivating tales sitting next to her grandfather.
Her debut fiction series, Winds of Ericiel, is a thrilling and emotive romantasy. It is a why-choose trilogy with characters that come alive and a storyline you are bound to fall in love with. She has also authored a touching collection of poetry titled Because of Miss Betty, which is dedicated to her mother.
Mae's love for words is matched by her curiosity about people. She enjoys learning about different cultures and engaging with perspectives that challenge her own. When she's not writing or reading, you can find her happily birdwatching, people-watching (not the creepy kind, promise), or spending quality time with her adorable Pug.
Regarding her series, Winds of Ericiel, Mae says:
"The story of Adrian and Catherine has been close to my heart for years, and I finally decided to put pen to paper. Although I may have broken some rules, I wrote my story as if I were telling it to someone sitting next to me. If it touches the hearts of others, then I consider myself blessed."
“If a book is well written, I always find it too short.”
